I think I might try making the zucchini pancakes with crème fraîche recipe from last week’s #SaturdayPaper for dinner tonight or tomorrow night. Something about the description of cooking with a kiddo nearby makes it sound like it’s a very do-able recipe for regular humans like me (not just qualified chefs).
