@thejapantimes Yes - Solar engineering is gaining traction as its becoming blindingly obvious that governments are not going to do anything, and in fact are going to continue expanding fossil fuels, till its way to late to avoid catastrophic change, meaning its almost certain that we'll have to deploy geoengineering in the future despite its awful risks. Don't blame the engineers - blame the politicians (including in Japan) for continued environmental crimes.
