Sacred #intimacy: tantra is about presence and reverence—making love is slow, mutual, and intentional.

I believe physical intimacy works best with someone you know, respect, and genuinely like; it’s not about marriage, it’s about trust.

What if touch was a choice, not a rush?
- Look for respect: they treat you kindly and listen
- Like them first: affection and small kindnesses matter
- Take time: build trust before getting physical
- Talk openly: share boundaries and needs
- Be present: breathe, slow down, check in

This is my path, not a rule for everyone. Slowing down helped me feel safer and more connected.

If you’ve tried it, what one small sign told you it was right to go deeper?

#Tantra: practices that link breath, presence, and touch to deepen connection.

- Not just sex: it’s about attention and intention, not performance

- Core tools: breath, eye contact, slow touch, and mutual consent

Why making love feels delicious — physical side
- Slower pace heightens sensation; small touches register more
- Full‑body attention makes touch feel expansive and lingering
- Shared breathing calms the body and amplifies pleasure.

Why it feels delicious — psychological side
- Safety lets vulnerability open and deepen connection
- Presence turns moments into meaning, not just action
- Slow, attentive encounters build trust and lasting desire

Simple practices to try
- Start with breath: two minutes of synced breathing
- Use eye contact: hold gaze for 20–30 seconds
- Begin with touch that isn’t sexual: hand on heart, forearm, shoulder
- Check in: ask one honest question before moving deeper
- Keep it nonjudgmental: name a boundary and respect it

@SydneyJim enlighten me instead of telling what it's not because that's not helpful

@SydneyJim You tell me “that’s not tantra” and then tell me to wade through your posts—many of which are about other things.

Thanks but i have other things to do.

If you want to correct me, explain it here briefly; I’m open to learning, but I won’t comb through your timeline.
