The US revoked the visa of South Africa’s former international relations minister Naledi Pandor last week, in the latest effort by Washington to punish Pretoria for taking Israel to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on the charge of committing genocide in Gaza.

Pandor told local media on Thursday that she had received an email from the US Consulate stating that her visa had been cancelled with immediate effect.
