Now, of course, you can't just buy rice in the market in Cairo, load up a truck, and drive it to #Gaza. Egypt won't let you and #Israel won't let you.

But the rice is getting through, so presumably it's either being smuggled through tunnels which are (allegedly) controlled by #Hamas, or else groups supported by Israel are being allowed to sneak it through.
