Good morning everyone
This is my children's breakfast: just bread and za’atar.
While they should be eating eggs, milk, and fruits to grow up healthy, I can only offer them the bare minimum.

Every morning, I feel helpless. I wish I could give them a warm, nutritious meal, but our circumstances are beyond my control.
