@matt @panda well, that doesn't always help. How much talent a player has was edited by the local scout at that time (or left blank and therefore a random number) and not in hindsight after evaluating the career. So I think there were a lot of mistakes, especially with very young players. 🫣

@matt and some are really quite "real". That Freiburg coach stayed in real life also quite long, which is a very rare thing both in FM and in real life.
