@sindarina @onepict "Confidently wrong" is entrenched in Western Culture as a desirable trait. The bad boy who breaks all the rules but always gets his man. The rebel who never plans, just wings it in the moment. The trillionaire who makes wrong predictions every year for decades but the press repeat them uncritically when he shits them out.
"Confidently wrong" is how the current administration got elected. Ivermectin, anyone?
