@ramsey Oh, I absolutely understand the administrative necessities here. 100% on board w/current setup as I understand it.

It's just that monthly premiums would eat up a significant percentage of that salary. That limits the candidate pool to those who aren't in the US or have partners w/good healthcare coverage, is all.

It's an unavoidable constraint of early-stage NPOs, but unfortunately candidates have their own constraints. Otherwise _this_ candidate would very much be interested.
