Seattle's Mayor Bruce Harrell has posted his concession speech to the Seattle Channel.
It's always great to see democracy in action... oh and gotta thank our lucky stars Bruce didn't finish defunding the public access channel to give more money to the cops otherwise we might not have been able to see it. 馃ゴ
Jeeze the very first real accomplishment Mayor Bruce mentioned is that he over saw the hiring of 150 Seattle police.
Which again REALLY makes my point for me.
Wasting money with ineffective cop surges is pretty much the only thing Harrell has done. Not a new idea. But he did direct a new amount of violence towards the homeless.
Oh now he's taking credit for all of the housing and homelessness social programs that he fought tooth and nail to destroy, delay and defund.
This dude taking credit for the work of house our neighbors and I-137 as if he was the biggest supporter 馃珷
