As a disabled person, I often struggle with the fact I need to rest a lot just to be able to function, and sometimes have guilt over the fact I need to pause other things. Came across this reminder, and the thinking that rest is not a pause but part of the journey really resonated, and helped me to think differently about rest as a whole.
