Some very challenging comments made, including "open source is dead". I just wish the host had asked the guests to explain exactly what they meant by comments like that, before moving along to the next topic.
"So when I think about how we grow this network ... how we ... give more people control over their data and take the power back from those companies, in order to do that we need to ... teach people how to self-govern. Because that is a property that they have forgotten."

This! So much of the discourse in late 2023 was people trying to find a management they could complain to. Rather than learning how to manage things better together.
