@ Tel Amiel I do, a Librem5. Reading and writing this from it. I run it on the manufacturer's system, PureOS. A Debian variant. It does not include Android and thus can't run Android apps. I currently would only recommend it to people who are at ease with GNU/Linux system administration, though it's getting a big update soon.
IMO it's the most reliable non-Android option, but it's also the quite expensive. Though I'm not sure that's what you want. AFAICT all other examples in this thread including the ones you mention are Android in one way or another. They just don't bundle Google Apps and some other key components. (That is, except for Pine with its factory OS, which I wouldn't recommend because it's mostly for play).
