Probably myself, street conditions, or mechanical things? I have an annoying chain issue that is going on right now that causes my chain to drop. If I'm expecting resistance, then I can lose my balance a bit.

I crashed once before a long time ago because I was trying to push a button on my watch.

My kid has hurt themselves multiple times because their shoes slipped on the pedals.

I almost lost control due to a wet leaf or two once!
