@ProPublica You can’t shake a baby hard enough to hurt its brain unless you also snap its neck. Shaken Baby Syndrome is and has always been, pure Bullshit designed to hurt the innocent — especially those grieving the loss of their child.

@ProPublica With judges like this, the court might as well have used AI to come to arrive at a decision. Of course, this is TN. The judges prob held a prayer circle to decide.
