Started canvassing for #Zohran at 9am today, ran into two dudes from Spain, who, after apologizing for not being able to vote, wanted to take a selfie with us and said "Good luck, socialism is possible!"
And...it seems to be working, today saw more votes (151k) than on the equivalent day in the *2024 general election* (149k), which is insane!!!!

@legoktm speculation (re: second half of the post): some people have fucking noticed what happens if you don’t vote
@LucasWerkmeister I think the positive interpretation of this is people are willing to vote when a candidate has a positive, affirming vision for how to concretely make peoples' lives better instead of just "well the other guy is worse"
