Elias Herrera and his cow Bruce bring me a lot of joy. I don’t have Meta/Google accounts, but I check-in to get my fix when I can.
I’m not sure if Elias is a vegetarian, but I’ve never seen him use meat in what he’s cooking. And in a BBQ video he’s grilling veggies/fruit. I’ve read interviews about his care for Bruce, and it’s genuine. He even gives him spa days.

I had the same thoughts when I first saw his videos. I work with someone who raises cows. I asked her about the dangers of these foods. She said they’re mostly harmless in small quantities. That gave me comfort.

With a name like "Bruce", that's not a "cow". He's either a bull (intact) or a steer (no balls). A cow is a lactating female, and a non-lactating female is a heifer.
So that's your vocabulary update from the dairy state. Back to regularly scheduled programming... :)

I have so many questions after watching this video. For example:
* Is that cow house-trained? If so, how does one house-train a cow?
* I was gonna ask, but I'm pretty sure Elias is single.
* Can we get this guy and #BruceTheCow on Mastodon? Surely cows and mastodons are in the same family.
