Today's portrait is Cuqui (pronounced "kooky")

I am posting Cuqui in part as a tribute to the friend who commissioned her portrait and who unfortunately passed away yesterday very unexpectedly. She was always such a big supporter of my art and it doesn't feel real that she's suddenly gone. I don't have any other social media, but at least here I thought it appropriate to honor her friendship and memory in some small way. 💛
