SO: there an article in The Times today on the UK Equalities and Human Rights Commission's trans exclusionary statutory guidance: it appears it will likely be delayed 12 months as the UK Government have requested a full "regulatory impact assessment".
Warning: The piece is as transphobic as hell, all the major UK TERFs are up in arms about a delay.
I suspect Labour are desperately looking for an 'out' on the whole Supreme Court mess. They'll try to fudge it of course - no balls to relegislate. Starmer is a weak, weak PM.
Regardless it will give time for legal appeals like the Good Law Project.
