So, this is rad. A very meticulous emulation of the original Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man games. HTML5. In your browser.
It was created by someone using the handle “Masonic,” whose social/website links are broken.
And it’s open source. FOSS, to be exact. Last commit was 2 years ago. But it still works.

Also, the developer pays homage to being influenced by Jamey Pittman’s Pac-Man dossier. Which is, well, a rabbit hole. It’s comprehensive and exhaustive. I didn’t read it all, but I skimmed it. For the overly-curious or Pac-Man obsessed:
