The main problem within picking up Helix is all those programs that are not vim but that advertise using vim-like keybindings.

@thibaultamartin Yep! It definitely makes me mistype commands in Obsidian sometimes.

I like both enough that I’m willing to put up with it though.

@claireon my usage of Obsidian is so “basic” that I think I’ll try to edit most posts with Helix and keep Obsidian open in the background to sync with my phone.

Worst case I’ll install oxide to make Helix smarter!

My obsidian use is also pretty basic so maybe I could switch to this 🤔

I wish there was good #OrgMode support in helix, but i guess alot of good stuff for PKIM lies in #emacs anyway ( #pandoc etc.).
