I've begun practicing elimination communication with our newborn:

I successfully hold them over the toilet for them to urinate and defecate there instead of in a diaper some percentage of the time! I'm still learning to recognize their signals that they need the bathroom, but they're like 9 days old so we have time to learn together :-)
Do you have experience with elimination communication? I'd appreciate any tips or resources.
