A bunch of romantic dreamers who enjoy building elaborate fantasy worlds have now realized that they became emotionally dependent on a giant corporation that doesn't care about them in the least. They are trying hard to become independent but realize that because "Open"AI's models aren't actually open, OpenAI can remove access permanently to the LLMs they customized and became dependent on for daily life.
