#Spotted While Roaming in Aotearoa New Zealand:
A small human (3?) is studiously pushing a small trolley along next to Mum.
Small Human has MANY opinions about what can go in his trolley. Chocolate? Yes. Bananas? Yes. Frozen spinach? NOOOO.
He is a grocery connoisseur and knows what he likes.
A man (70s?) is studying a Christmas lights display in a hardware store.
He mumbles.
He grumbles.
He scowls.
He turns to an employee (50s?) and says: "WHY NOW?!"
Employee bows and says: "For your personal entertainment mate. It did the job for at least five minutes there. You're welcome."
A slender man in a neat woolly jumper and suit pants (80s?) is standing before a selection of vegetable and herb seeds with his hands clasped behind his back, a faint smile on his face.
He turns to a passing woman and says: "This is the bit I like. All that potential!"
A woman (70s?) hurries after a man (30s?) who is striding through the power tool aisle of a hardware shop. Reaching him, she tells him to hold still and quickly tucks in the tag sticking out the top of his jumper.
Accepting his thanks with a cheerful grin.
A tiny good deed for the day.
A man (50s?) wearing a fleece jumper, shorts and bare feet is sitting next to a raised flower bed in his front garden. A huge pile of weeds next to him.
A faint smile on his face as he tilts his head to a momentary sunbeam.
Bees buzzing lawn daisies around him.
A well deserved break.
