I should note: I'm not saying this is a good article, but it was one I happened to read and find to be somewhat interesting as a perspective
@thisismissem interesting. IMO that's a very tech-focused perspective on being an engineer... personally I think a "strong" engineer is someone who can work with their team, get the best out of them, and reason through the wider consequences of the choices being made. But then maybe I'm mixing it up with leadership.
