I've now got rudimentary scripting to parse the list of disturbing stuff:

Needles/syringes are used
Somebody is choked
The ending is sad
A: car honks or tires screech, kid dies, major character dies, non-human character dies
Someone: asphyxiates, attempts suicide, becomes unconscious, cheats, dies, falls down stairs, falls to their death, gets gaslighted, has a meltdown, is buried alive, is restrained, is stabbed, is stalked, is terminally ill, is watched without knowing, sacrifices themselves, struggles to breathe, vomits
Someone's: mouth is covered, throat is mutilated
There are: jump scares, nude scenes, razors, shower scenes
There is: sexual content
There's: a dead animal, a hospital scene, a large age gap, audio gore, bisexual cheating, blood/gore, body horror, cannibalism, child abuse, domestic violence, flashing lights or images, ghosts, misophonia, screaming, shaving/cutting
