Do I have people from #czechia in my circles who could explain the current election results to us?

I find it rather baffling: there hardly is any country from Eastern Europe that has profited so much from the #EU as Czechia has. But they seem to have elected rather those hostile to the European integration.

It seems that a party dedicated to the automobile seems to bring the majority to the right. Why is this such a big issue there?

Do the people really believe that the billionaire Babic has any interest beside Babic? His previous stint in government has IMHO shown that the major business to prosper is corruption.
