When a Loops admin marks a hashtag as NSFW, it shows a warning to guests when trying to load the feed.

When not found, or banned, it shows a different error with a link to the Explore page ✨

@krafting It will be up to admins to enforce this, but sadly, the reason is to comply with various state/country laws.

It's not my place to enforce this, which is why I believe it's important to make this optional for admins that do need it.
