Directive NSPM-7 directs Internal Security to classify any citizen as a Terrorist that:
- Harbors Anti-Complex or Anti-Computer sentiments.
- Boycotts any businesses associated with Friend Computer.
- Supports activism based on gender, race, religion, or morality.
- Speaks, acts, thinks, or is suspected of thinking anything Internal Security doesn't like.
