@Lightfighter I get this but would like to point out an inaccuracy. This says 'most coping strategies', however the good strats which many learn in therapy are often behavioral therapy and CBT, which is (also) about introducing a cognitive step between an environmental trigger and your emotional response to it. It can help, even with climate stress (it's stress if there is a stressor, not anxiety).
