Now that more details are known about the three #V2G propositions (🇩🇪 BMW/E.ON, 🇫🇷 Mobilize/Renault/Mobility House, 🇬🇧 Octopus) currently available or announced in Europe, it is time to compare them.
All three aim to enable the average user to drive for free with an annual mileage of 11,000–14,000 km

It is interesting that all three energy contracts work with a fixed electricity price for the user, which is competitive with 'traditional' contracts (although I have not considered standing charges) for the rest of the consumption (as the EV charging is intended to be 'free')

Price per kWh for the 3 V2G contracts and regular contracts.

In Germany: 32,97 vs. 36,02
In France: 17,93 vs. 18,91
In GB: 29,04 (no difference)

The most important 'currency' is the flexibility to charge outside of the time needed to fully charge the car battery to the desired departure time. In general, the longer and more often the car is plugged in, the better.

When comparing the amount of kWh made available for free on each contract, it is static for the Octopus tariff, which has a high minimum plug-in requirement, and capped for the E.ON tariff. The Mobilize tariff is the lowest, but it's uncapped.
