What else can I share to better describe the thesis? Some parts that are not clear?

While #orgmode does 85% out of the box (#LiterateProgramming, tagging, counting, writing, exporting, even interacting with #gnuplot, etc.) #elisp is needed to do some of this calculations, ordering and grouping... :)

Assuming you are prepared to work on it openly to facilitate collaboration, have you thought about how you're going to do that? If not might I suggest a project on codeberg? They will require an open license and I would suggest GPL-3.0-or-later.

How familiar are you with code repositories and revision control? It's not hard for simple cases and there's plenty of people around to help.

and do you need to check with your thesis supervisor about this?

Well it all sound quite interesting.

I have plenty of further questions, but I think it would just be easier to look at the thesis at this point.  I have the impression you're willing to work on it openly?  Or at least the code aspects - tho if it's one literate-programmed org-document it will be difficult to separate those aspects.

It's understandable if you don't want to, but it will make collaboration more difficult (not impossible).
