@porzellanladen Es wird dazu führen, dass der Rat die #Chatkontrolle 2.0 beschließt und für die Zeit der Verhandlungen (Trilog) das Parlament die freiwillige verlängert.

@forthy42 Sehe ich auch so, sieht aber z.B. die Bundesregierung nicht so. Kritiker wie Deutschland drohen aus Sorge vor einer ersatzlosen Streichung der freiwilligen Regelung womöglich ihren Widerstand aufzugeben. Die Bundesregierung betont nämlich bei jedem Treffen, dass die Zahl der NCMEC-Hinweise nicht sinken dürfe.

@echo_pbreyer la traduction française prête à confusion. Extension s'entend en français comme extension spatiale, donc extension du contour de la loi. Il faut traduire "nicht verlängert" par "pas prolongé"

@echo_pbreyer I'm not sure about the effect of the fightchatcontrol.eu website, because some of the spanish representatives had said they had been harassed by bots referring to the emails that people send through this page.

Looks like they are not really understanding what is going on and this might be counterproductive... Idk.

@echo_pbreyer I remember during the upload filters campaign an spanish representative shared in their twitter account they were being harassed by bots and that they would not accept that.

I think writing an email manually more than automated one could help. That's what I'm trying.
