I picked up a family heirloom today from my wife’s uncle. This Kenwood TS-530S has been sitting in a farm shed for years after the SK (lovingly referred to as “pops”) passed. It was covered in dirt dobber nests and supposedly not exposed to moisture, but it’s looking a little crusty.
I’m doubtful that I’ll be able to bring it back to life, but I think I’m going to try.
