@evacide In hindsight, computers were always going to be bad for society, for the marginalized anyway. It doesn't take empathy to construct machines or write code, or to manufacture consent to turn every kind of machine into a weapon to harm others.

(... I always thought that was unfortunate because face-blindness is a thing, but on the balance of the current situation, much as I'd prefer to not have to weigh people with disability's needs vs. privacy needs... here we are.)
