This one is all done. It's a well balanced knife, incredibly sharp with a fine edge. Very good for vegetables. Asking aus$500 plus shipping
170mm hand forged blade, 26c3 carbon steel around 63-64rc, roughly a santoku profile. It tapers down to 2.4mm at the tip. Handle is sterling silver and ebonised jarrah
Weight is 190g
Note this is a hard, somewhat brittle steel with a fine edge, so a bit of care is needed in use
Happy to answer more questions if you're curious, and I'll add alt text in a second

A handmade kitchen knife resting on a linen cloth. The blade has a forged texture along the spine, with a polished bevel. The handle has a silver fitting at the front, with the rest being a red and black wood.

@Dangerous_beans that is absolutely gorgeous! There’s no way I could properly care for it at the moment because in our house if it can’t go in the dishwasher then it can’t come into the kitchen.

It looks like my work counts as a derived steel product, so you'll have to pay a 25% import tariff
