@Tutanota they can determine who you are by your walk, so all the masking in the world will not help you. It’s just theater.

@Tutanota My beard seems to sufficiently disturb KYC processes for online banking and money processing accounts.

I'd kinda like to know the other side of it though. How to identify certain mask wearing individuals up to no good. Criminals in the act of committing crimes like breaking and entering or kidnapping or menacing or assault or thievery or what have you. Evidence could be gathered and burned onto the bitcoin ledger. Either it stays up forever or bitcoin goes down ;)

I can dream.

@Tutanota You guys say and do some questionable or straight up stupid things sometimes.

Don't say things like, “Surveillance is the new normal”. You are being part of the problem when you do that.

Instead, say, “Governments and corporate entities are working to make surveillance the new normal” or “Governments and corporate entities are working to eliminate privacy through surveillance”.

Your initial statement is a buzzword for defeatists and those trying to kill privacy.

@Tutanota I always avoid facial recognition, and now, the uploading of selfies. Getting very hard to function that way, but the less of this nonsense, the better.
