Here in Austin, we’re starting to see robots strolling along sidewalks. Sometimes they have brightly colored costumes or say funny things. But in reality, they are patrolling. And they aren’t even from police departments.
At best, they are from local HOAs, modern day Gladys Kravitz bots. At worst, they are wanna be ICE agents controlling the bot from their home, looking for people to harass.
This one was following a homeless man.
