I get curious about new food. I found this recipe, and was wondering if I could get your take on if this is a good baseline? If so, I might try making it sometime soon.

I mean, they keep repeating that it's a "no garlic no onion" recipe, so not sure how well I can take them seriously, but if that's really the approach, I can try making the first batch like that.
