@ProPublica Trump’s fury at and desire to destroy California is a perfect example of the expression, “cutting off your nose to spite your face”. The state is an enormous economic engine, for Amerand the world, but TFG sees everything as personal, petty grievances.

If that is going to be the case, then California should withhold all revenues they send to the Federal coffers (as opposed to Red States who take out far more than they put in) to pay for what was promised by FEMA.
