Hummm... "Pixelfed will never introduce ads. Ever." - Maybe Pixelfed won't introduce ads, but "Web Monetization will" .
One of the main selling points that Web Monetization, according to it's website, is using is exactly:
"Regain lost ad revenue."
Web Monetisation is a really great way forward, and it should fit nicely with Pixelfed and Loops! We just wish it could handle one-off purchases, then it would work for us too :)
