"in case yall aren't in the loop with philly organizing, city workers are currently on strike. the mayor has told residents not to take trash to the curbs because the sanitation crews aren't doing rounds to pick it up & instead use designated drop sites in mostly low income, Black neighborhoods where the trash will fester over the long holiday weekend. philly said nah & started dropping their trash at city hall & the mayor's house in support of the strike this is how you apply pressure."
