What’s one thing you wish every video producer or content creator knew about closed captions (or Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing)?

I guess mine would fit for all kinds of subtitles/captions, but:
- Include them to begin with, damn!
- Don't censor swearing
- And strongly: Don't write "speaking foreign language"! If someone speaks, for example, Spanish, write the Spanish text! A person that knows Spanish and hears the Spanish spoken would understand it, so the one reading it should be treated the same!
