This beer sat on a yeast mixture of Orval and a Labietis wild ferment for 9 months. Today was the day of botteling. We transferred 3/4 of the beer to a kettle, added the primer and bottled it. After that the keg was refilled with fresh beer for next time.

The beer came out really nice and you can definitely taste the Orval. There was also something else, presumably from the Labietis. All in all this was a success. 馃嵑
