Forest Falls

Late August, Bracklinn Falls, north-east of Callander in #Scotland on the course of the Keltie Water, where the river crosses the Highland Boundary Fault.

The series of waterfalls and surrounding area is part of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

A photo of a river running through a tree-lined gorge. The rocks on the margins of the water are grey and weathered. Every horizontal surface with the exception of the river itself is covered in greenery, a variety of trees and shrubs are flourishing as well as lower plants and wildflowers. The river is white water, beneath which is the colour of peat, almost the hue of tea. The scenery is lush and green.
