This video by Steve Mould on collapsing cavitation bubbles is a really neat piece of science communication.
Especially because apparently, the mechanism behind how you can make light by quickly compressing water is called Bremsstrahlung and I live right next to* the @DESY research centre (and particle accelerator) that studies a type of this radiation (synchrotron radiation). And its always fun to hear a German technical term pronounced by a Brit.
