I’ve sort of accidentally fallen into a new habit that I’ve found helpful, and maybe you will too.

I put a piece of painter’s tape with the film, speed and dev time on the tank - once development is done I peel it off and put it on the 2x4 at the top of my shower where I hang film to dry…this way when I come back the next day I’m not trying to remember which rolls were pushed by how much, how long I developed for, etc. as that info goes both at the top of my film sleeve and in the metadata for the scans. (I forgot to add temp to this batch but I’ll add it when I hang the film, before I forget.)

A Jobo tank with a piece of green tape on it indicating film speed, development time and camera. I forgot to write the temp but I will do that when it hangs to dry.
