Presence (Stability): You must refuse to enter the storm鈥攖he external chaos or the internal rumination. By choosing Presence over reaction, you hold an unmoving Energetic Stability that others can calibrate to. You don't try to fix the system; you become the stable container.
Freedom: Love is freedom. You release all attachment to controlling outcomes in your projects, partnerships, and even your own emotional state.
