Not only can I, I also own one that's been sitting with the tire flat for longer than I would care to admit. If anyone has any recommendations for tires, inner tubes, etc. that can withstand running over goat heads constantly, I'd appreciate it. Lol.

(Also, it's not really a talent; anyone who's able to walk can ride one—statistically, after a total of roughly fifteen hours of trying to, on average—which was exactly how long it took me.)
