We've done a suspension of mastodon.arch-linux.cz for poor moderation of racism and anti-roma bigotry a bit ago, but haven't done an official post on it. Here is that post.
The first screenshotted post was reported and (after a fediblock was done) was taken down, but the admin said that it was OK to leave the user in place, (so therefore allowed to do future racist posts to Black people about Roma people).
This says to us "Egregious racism and xenophobia is OK on this instance, as long as you delete the post afterwards", which is not how we moderate our instance. If you say everyone from a certain group of people "smells bad" and "commits criminal activity", that is extremely fucked up language and we would not allow that person to stay on our instance.
We also did a search of their domain to see if they'd blocked a few bad hashtags and the people who use them. They have not, so they are still federated with and/or have not deleted the data of:
